The document itself is great and it's useful to have videos available for each exercise, however I do not agree this programming is the correct intensity for optimal gains. Each week has Murph twice a week, which is aimed to be a benchmark workout rather than training volume.
Just finishing up week 6. Not only can I bang out more push-ups and pull-ups than ever (raised about 20-25 on my max for push-ups and went from 15 to 23 on pull-ups) but I feel like my blood just flows better. Cardio and endurance through the roof. The hardest ones for me are core because I have always been pretty bad at it, can only do about 30 sit-ups before I start kipping. Overall great program and looking forward to the next edition. Going to try their gym one next as well.
I gave this 5 stars in a heartbeat. Makes me feel great right after the training for the day. It all makes sense and it’s challenging at times, but totally worth it.
Excellent program for strength and conditioning at home. Looking forward to the 2nd edition.
They have some crazy stuff in here I didn't even know existed like Spiderman push-ups. Awesome 🤟
