Aside from 'Special Forces Athlete', all programs can be done by beginners. We do not specific numerical values but sometimes percentages or suggestions to help you meet you where you are at. If you need advice, reach out to us and we will help you.

HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?

Aside from long runs in certain programs, expect to be training 5x a week for at least 30 to 60 minutes.

A good and great training guide

To be fair, this guide and fitness regime is good.
You have to put the effort in here, also plan it all around your usual life.
If, you are like me, on shift hours or unusual work patterns, plan it all first then crack on.
But believe me when I say, when you get it done, you will feel grand and the confidence will grow to and you will grind through this.
Definitely a worthy consideration if you want a bit of special.

This is the best program I’ve tried so far. I feel more efficient, stronger, faster, and I really enjoy it. I hope to keep using their programs. Even though I’m not training for any military course, it’s been great for my health. I have more endurance and strength now. I’m really pleased with it.
